This is an opportunity to recognise our colleagues, celebrate individuals and their contribution, and say well done! Because we know receiving positive recognition makes a difference.

Any staff member can select a colleague who has done an outstanding job and demonstrated living our Council values. Once you fill in the below form and submit it, a 'well done' email is sent to you and to the person that is receiving the Shout-out as well as their immediate manager/supervisor and relevant ELT member.
